Our Founder and Foster
Tracy Miller's passion for fostering animals began in 2019 when she saw firsthand the difference a temporary home could make in an animal's life. Through fostering, Tracy found she could be each animal's voice - sharing their stories and highlighting their unique personalities to potential adopters on the journey to finding forever families. Some animals need extra time to heal and socialize, and a nurturing home environment makes that transformation possible. While saying goodbye is never easy, Tracy knows that finding forever homes means she can open her home to the next animal in need.
Our Impact
Since our inception, Sasha's Pals has rescued over 1,00 dogs and cats, thanks to the unwavering support of our community. Every rescue is a testament to the power of love, compassion, and collective effort. Our fosters provide the essential care and socialization that many of these animals need, preparing them for their forever families. Through fostering, we see firsthand how animals can thrive in a home environment, and it reinforces our belief in the importance of this work.
Our History
Sasha's Pals was founded by Tracy Miller in March 2019, as a heartfelt mission inspired by a bond that changed everything. When Tracy's dear friend Libba, a woman who was like a grandmother to her, adopted a rescued pup named Sasha, the impact on her life was immediate. Sasha's companionship added years of joy to Libba's life and showed Tracy firsthand that the love of an animal can transform everything. More than a rescue organization, Sasha's Pals is a tribute to their unbreakable bond, embodying the spirit of love and hope.
