Please fill out the form below to begin the approval process. Once you are approved, you will receive directions to set up your account and schedule a time to volunteer!
Puppy Volunteering
Volunteer Policy — Effective May 1, 2026
Effective May 1, 2026, all volunteers must register with us prior to volunteering. Once your registration is approved, you will receive the address and additional details by email.
Commitment & Attendance
We ask that volunteers commit to a minimum of ten times per year. Please note that two no-shows will result in removal from our approved volunteer list.
What to Expect
Each volunteer slot is a two-hour window, however, you are not required to stay the entire time. Duties include cleaning, scooping waste, and playing with and socializing the puppies.
Logging Your Hours
We will approve electronic volunteer hour forms within eight weeks of your service date. To receive approval, you must clock in and out using the on-site timeclock and leave your hard-copy time slip in the designated folder.
Group Size
Groups are limited to four volunteers at a time. Larger groups must receive prior approval.
Minors
Volunteers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Parents or guardians must sign a waiver on behalf of their minor children before volunteering.
Scheduling
Please select only one time slot per day when signing up.
